Production Time All of our leather goods are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–4 weeksof production time before your order ships. For complex or fully custom pieces, we may reach out to confirm details, which could affect the timeline. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order ships, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, UPS, or FedEx International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, generally 7–21 business days after production is complete. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Custom Orders Because every item is made specifically for you, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout. As noted in our refund policy, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges on custom-made items.
